Crystal awards and crystal trophies turn a logo, a name, and a date into a recognition piece that stays on a desk long after the ceremony ends. This category collects award styles cut from optical crystal and Starfire crystal, along with pieces that set a crystal panel on jade, granite, marble, aluminum, chrome, or wood. Per-piece prices run from $8.16 to $874.34, depending on size, material, and the decoration you pick.
Optical crystal, Starfire crystal, and mixed bases
Optical crystal is the material listed most often in this category, and Starfire crystal is second. Optical crystal stays clear and colorless through its full thickness, so it holds up in deep sculpted shapes such as the Staffordshire Custom Crystal Eagle Award, which measures 4.75" x 11" x 4". Starfire is a low-iron glass, so a thick Starfire panel shows a cleaner edge than the green-tinged edge of ordinary glass. Mixed-material styles combine the two ideas. The Tulsa Award pairs Starfire crystal with an aluminum base at 6" x 9.5", and the Ceres Award sets Starfire crystal against marble and stone at 7" x 11". Sizes quoted here come straight from those product listings.
Shapes for the moment you are marking
Shape does some of the talking before anyone reads the engraving. The Beaufort Apple Award measures 3" x 3.5" and reads as a teacher or school gift. The Roslin Globe Award at 7" x 9.375" x 3" fits an international milestone or a new-market launch. Star shapes carry achievement, and the Optical Crystal Star Wedge Award measures 7.00"W x 6.13"H x 1.25"D. When you want a piece that holds the front of a room, the Large Chairmans Crystal Award stands 12.00 inches tall on a 2.75 inch square footprint. Geometric options include the Extra Large Jewel Cube Crystal Award, a 3.88 inch cube.
Engraving and full-color decoration
Deep etch is the decoration option listed most often on these crystal awards. It leaves a frosted, colorless mark that reads clearly against clear crystal from across a room, which is why it suits a name, a title, and a date. Digital full color process is the next most common option, and it carries a logo in its actual brand colors rather than a single frosted tone. Laser engraving shows up on pieces such as the Extra Large Jewel Cube Crystal Award, listed as 3D laser engraved. Sandblasting, VividPrint, and silkscreen appear on a smaller set of styles. A few awards list more than one option, so the Large Chairmans Crystal Award can take digital full color process or laser engraving.
Quantities, setup, and lead time
Most crystal awards in this category can be ordered as a single piece, which matters when you need one retirement award or one founder's plaque rather than a run of fifty. A smaller group of styles starts at 3, 6, 10, or 48 pieces. Setup charges in this category run from $40 to $100. Most pieces list a production time of five business days after art approval, while others list seven, nine, or twelve days. Transit time sits on top of production, so order early when the award has to land on a specific ceremony date.
Picking a piece
Start with the moment, then the budget, then the shape. A service anniversary handled one person at a time favors a single-piece order in a size that fits a desk. An annual sales meeting with twenty winners favors a style priced in tiers, since the per-piece price drops as the count rises. Once you have a shortlist, check the individual product page for its own material, size, decoration options, and price breaks before you commit the artwork. Vase and bowl shapes have their own range of engraved crystal vases and bowl awards. For every other material, browse our full range of promotional awards.
