What is a pyramid crystal paperweight and what is it used for?

A pyramid crystal paperweight is a four-sided optical crystal award that sits on a square base and carries etched or printed artwork. Companies give them for years of service, retirement, sales achievement and project completion. The shape doubles as a desk weight, so it stays in use after the ceremony.

What sizes does the pyramid crystal paperweight come in?

The pyramid crystal paperweight comes in five sizes with square bases from 2 inches to 4 inches. The smallest works as a volume handout at a conference or sales meeting. The largest suits a single named honoree and gives the etch the most room.

How is the logo applied to optical crystal?

A pyramid crystal paperweight takes deep etching, which cuts a frosted white mark into the surface, or full-color printing, which reproduces exact brand colors. Deep etch covers an area up to 3.5 inches square on the largest size. Both methods survive normal handling because neither sits on top as a sticker or label.

Can several award tiers use the same pyramid shape?

Yes, the pyramid crystal paperweight comes in five sizes so one recognition program can run several tiers in one shape. Many buyers assign the smallest size to team level awards and step up through the sizes for longer service. The shared shape keeps the program looking planned rather than assembled year by year.

How long does production take and is there a minimum order?

Production on a custom crystal paperweight takes five working days from artwork approval. The minimum order is one piece, so a single retirement gift is as easy to place as a full program run. Shipping time is added to the production window.

Which industries order pyramid awards most often?

Pyramid crystal paperweights are ordered most often by financial services, real estate, construction, healthcare and technology firms. They appear at annual sales banquets, safety milestone programs and partner appreciation events. Nonprofits use them for major donor and board member recognition.

How should a crystal paperweight be cleaned to keep it clear?

Wipe a crystal paperweight with a dry microfiber cloth to lift dust and fingerprints. For heavier marks, put a small amount of glass cleaner on the cloth rather than on the crystal. Avoid abrasive pads and dishwashers, both of which scratch or cloud the polished faces.

What affects the cost of a custom pyramid award?

Cost on a custom crystal paperweight moves with the size, the decoration method, the order quantity and any artwork setup work. Bigger sizes and full-color printing sit above the smallest deep etched pieces. Send your quantity and size for an exact quote.

Description

Etched artwork on the pyramid crystal paperweight shows across all four polished faces, so a logo is readable from every seat at the table rather than one side only. Built for milestone recognition, retirement gifts and years of service programs, it turns a desk into a display.

At a years of service ceremony, five sizes let you scale one shape across tiers, so an entry level award and a top tier award match without looking identical. Sales and safety programs use the smaller sizes as quarterly handouts that stack neatly in a supply cabinet. For retirement and executive gifts, the largest size measures 4 inches across the base and gives a full name, title and date room to breathe. Optical crystal bends light through the sloped faces, so your logo catches a bright edge under overhead office lighting and stays readable from across the room. Donor recognition and board gifts land the same way, quiet and clear. Nothing about the shape says trophy shelf, which is why it survives on a working desk.

Pair it with the iceberg recognition award when a program needs two looks in one clear material, since the sharp pyramid reads formal and the staggered iceberg edges read organic. Both sit in the same optical crystal family, so a mixed order still photographs as one set. If the recipient already owns a shelf of trophies, the wider custom paperweight range offers flatter pieces that hold papers down on a working desk.

Send your logo and the wording you want and a free virtual proof comes back for approval before any payment, with production running five working days once you sign off.
