Request a Virtual Proof
Once you’ve chosen your product and shared your artwork or logo, our team will prepare a free virtual proof — a digital mockup showing exactly how your imprint will look on the item. There’s no charge for the proof, and you are under no obligation to proceed until you’re satisfied with what you see.
If you don’t have print-ready artwork, let us know. We can work with your existing files or connect you with design assistance so your logo comes out looking its best.
Approve the Artwork
Review your virtual proof carefully — check the logo placement, colors, and any text for accuracy. When everything looks right, simply approve the proof by replying to the email we send you. Your written approval is required before we move the order into production.
If anything needs to be adjusted, just let us know. We’ll revise the proof and send you an updated version. Nothing goes to the production floor without your explicit sign-off, so take the time you need to get it right.
Production
Once you approve the artwork, we place the order with our supplier and production begins. Every order is custom-made to your specifications, so timelines vary depending on the product, quantity, and imprint method. We’ll confirm the expected production timeframe when your order is placed.
Our team monitors the order through production and will reach out if anything requires your attention. Because these are custom products made specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Delivery
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Shipping times depend on the carrier and your location. Standard ground shipping is available for most orders, and expedited options may be available depending on your timeline — ask your account representative for details when you place your order.

We strongly recommend reviewing a virtual proof before production — it’s the best way to make sure your logo and artwork look exactly as intended. In most cases a proof is required before we begin. If you have an urgent timeline, contact us and we’ll discuss your options.
What if I need rush turnaround?
Rush production and expedited shipping may be available on select items. Availability depends on the product, supplier, and current production schedules. Contact our team as early as possible and we’ll do our best to meet your deadline.
Do you offer pricing breaks for larger orders?
Yes — most of our products are priced on a quantity scale, so the more you order, the lower the per-unit cost. The product pages on our website show tiered pricing, and our team can provide a custom quote for larger or recurring orders.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) work best and give you the sharpest results. We can also work with high-resolution PNG or JPG files in many cases. If you’re unsure whether your file will work, just send it over and our team will let you know.
