Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how Promotional Product Inc. produces and delivers your custom promotional products. Because every order is made to order, shipping is the final step that follows artwork approval and production. Order Processing Time
Order processing time is the period required to manufacture and decorate your items, and it is separate from shipping transit time. Production does not begin until your payment is confirmed and you have approved your visual proof. Standard production times vary by product and are listed on each product page; they are counted in business days after proof approval.
If your order is needed by a specific date, please provide that in-hand date when you place your order so we can schedule production and shipping accordingly.
Shipping Methods
Unless otherwise requested, all orders ship via UPS or FedEx ground service. Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination ZIP code and the estimated weight and dimensions of your order.
- Ground shipping via UPS or FedEx is the default method for all domestic orders.
- You may use your own carrier account — simply provide your UPS or FedEx shipper account number and your order will be billed directly to that account.
- At times a third-party shipping company may be used to obtain a better rate; this will be noted on your invoice.
Rush & Expedited Orders
Many products can be produced on a rush basis, and expedited carrier services such as next-day, two-day, and three-day delivery are available for an additional charge. Rush production and expedited shipping are priced separately and depend on the product, quantity, and decoration method.

Transit Time Estimates
Transit time is the number of business days a carrier takes to deliver your package after it leaves our facility. Ground shipments typically arrive within one to five business days depending on the distance between the shipping origin and your destination. Any shipping estimate provided on our website or in a quote is for reference only.
Promotional Product Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, including delays due to weather, natural disasters, peak-season volume, or other events outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will provide tracking information so you can monitor your shipment through the carrier. If you have not received tracking details by your expected ship date, or if you have questions about a shipment in transit, please contact us at 1-888-212-5501.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. Please double-check suite numbers, recipient names, and ZIP codes before approving your order.
If a shipment is returned, delayed, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any carrier address-correction fees and any additional charges required to re-ship the order.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your shipment arrives damaged, or if a package is lost in transit, report it to us as soon as possible — ideally within five business days of the delivery or expected delivery date — so we can act quickly.
Promotional Product Inc. will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and will work with you toward a replacement or other resolution. Keeping all original packaging and documentation helps support the claim.
International Shipping
Promotional Product Inc. can ship orders internationally. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges levied by the destination country; these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our quoted shipping cost.
