Terms & Conditions

Promotional Product Inc. offers a variety of custom promotional products and additional terms may apply. When you place your order, quotation or sample request, you will be subject to the following terms and conditions.

Electronic Communications

While you visit Promotional Product Inc. or contact us via email, you are corresponding with us electronically. Once electronic communication happens, you are agreeing to receive electronic communications from us. Our leading form of electronic communication is through email or our website. By accepting our conditions, you are complying with all disclosures, publications and agreements that we may provide to you electronically that require any communication to be in writing.

Payment Terms & Methods

Payment is due immediately upon confirmation of all orders. No orders will be processed without payment confirmation. If the payment method is declined, customers will be notified immediately to provide an alternative payment method accepted by PPI. No orders will be processed without authorized payment. If paying by credit card, the payment form must be completed with the cardholder’s signed authorization. All personal checks must be received and approved prior to order processing. Purchase Orders are only accepted for government agencies. Net payment terms are 30 days.

Visual Proofs

Once payment is received, each order processed with PPI will receive a visual proof, with the exception of non-customized orders. Visual proofs are provided within 24–72 business hours after order confirmation. At this time, all customers may make any changes to their liking within the product’s allowed limitations. Once the customer’s approval has been received to proceed with production of their order, no changes to the order will be made. The order will be produced as provided in the approved visual proof.

Cancelling Orders

All orders may be cancelled before the order is placed into production. Once the order has been placed into production, the order may not be cancelled.

In-Hand Date

If your order is needed by a specific date, this information must be provided initially at the time of your order or quotation request. If no date is provided, the order will be produced within the standard production times laid out for each order. Your order will be shipped according to your in-hand date. As long as an in-hand date is provided, your order will be received on or before your in-hand date. We understand the needs of your in-hand date and will ship your item on time. Please understand we do not have any control over delays with shipping carriers.

Delivery Schedule

The production calendar listed on the website is to be used as a reference tool only. Depending upon where the order is being delivered, your delivery will be adjusted accordingly. PPI does not take responsibility for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx ground service unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are determined based on your zip code and the estimated weight of the order. If you have a preferred shipping method you would like to use, please kindly provide us your shipper account number. The shipping estimate calculator on our website is only to be used as an estimation tool. If the shipping costs differ, you will be notified and the order will be adjusted accordingly. At times, third party shipping companies are also used for better shipping estimates. This will be noted on your invoice. We understand the importance of delivering your order correctly. Shipping carriers may incur delays due to weather conditions, natural disasters or other uncontrollable events. We will try our best to get your order to you in time; however, please understand we cannot control any delays caused by shipping carriers.

PMS Color Match

If you require an exact PMS color match, please inform us before your order goes into production. PMS charges are determined by the product and vary. Certain products may not have an exact PMS color match. These products will be matched as closely as possible. You will be notified accordingly.

Minimum Order to Process

The minimum subtotal required for orders and quotations is $200.

Set-up Charge

All customized orders and quotations will incur a set-up charge. Charges are determined by the individual product, artwork quantity and imprint colors.

Run Charge

Any orders that require additional imprint colors will incur a run charge for each color.

Product Availability

Product availability varies on a daily basis. We will try our best to accommodate all order needs according to inventory levels.

Sample Requests

While requesting samples, you will be asked for your UPS or FedEx shipper account for freight estimates. If no shipper account is provided, your sample will be shipped via USPS.

Pre-Production Samples

Not all items are available for pre-production samples. If pre-production samples are available, costs will be associated.

Production

Production times vary by product. All production times are counted in business days after visual proof approval has been received.

Artwork

Artwork must be in one of the following high-resolution formats: .pdf, .eps or .ai.

Changes to These Terms

Promotional Product Inc. has the right to alter, revise and amend the terms and conditions, processes, and policies at any time.
