Types and Materials
Two materials cover most orders. PVA towels hold water and feel cold to the touch, which suits long outdoor shifts. Microfiber towels dry faster and print sharper, which suits sports teams and event swag. The Frosty Microfiber Cooling Towel uses 150 GSM microfiber at 12" x 36". The Glacial Evaporative Cooling Scarf pairs polyester with PVA in a 32" neck wrap. Recycled options exist too: the EcoChill RPET Cooling Towel is made from recycled PET fiber and measures 11-1/2" x 32".
Decoration Methods
Screen printing and dye sublimation are the two common choices. Screen printing costs less and works well for one or two solid logo colors. Dye sublimation prints edge to edge in full color and holds up through repeated washing, which matters on a towel that gets soaked all day.
