Description
The Freestanding Optical Crystal Clock With Gold Skeleton Movement is an optical crystal skeleton clock built for executive desks, retirement gifts and top sales awards. Cut in a rectangle shape from clear optical crystal, it measures 4.5 x 5.75 x 1.75 inches and exposes its gold toned gears through an open skeleton movement.
The open skeleton movement lets the gold toned gears turn in plain view, turning a plain timepiece into a visual centerpiece for a desk or shelf. Optical crystal has a clear, glass like body that catches office light from every angle, which gives the piece a bright, polished look without paint or coating. Companies choose this clock for retirement send-offs, top sales recognition and long-tenure milestones where a desk gift needs to stand out from a plaque. A buyer can choose Deep Etch or VividPrint on the front face, so a logo or message can appear as a frosted engraving or a full color print. Because the piece is freestanding, it needs no wall mount or easel and sits ready to display straight from the box. Anyone who wants a color accent rather than clear crystal should look at the Berkshire Crystal Green Accent Award instead, which trades the moving gears for a tinted crystal base. Shoppers who want other crystal styles can browse the full range of crystal awards for shapes without a working clock.
Watch the gold gears turn on a sample before the Freestanding Optical Crystal Clock With Gold Skeleton Movement takes its place on the winner's desk.

Deep Etch · Front of AwardThe imprint area on this product is 3-7/8 inches wide by 7/8 inch tall (Front of Award), printed by deep etch. Your artwork prints inside the dashed area below — nothing outside it prints. Products often look larger in a photo than the space you can actually print on.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is an optical crystal skeleton clock and who is it for?
An optical crystal skeleton clock recognizes an executive milestone, a retirement or a top sales achievement. Buyers include HR departments, sales leadership and corporate gift programs seeking a desk piece with visual impact. Its open gear movement gives it more presence than a plain crystal block.
How does a crystal skeleton award compare with a color accent crystal award?
An optical crystal skeleton clock adds a working timepiece and moving gears to a crystal base, unlike a static accent award. A color accent crystal piece relies on a tinted panel for visual interest rather than mechanical movement. Buyers who want a colored crystal centerpiece without a clock function should choose the Berkshire Crystal Green Accent Award for a different look.
What are the dimensions of an optical crystal skeleton clock?
An optical crystal skeleton clock measures 4.5 x 5.75 x 1.75 inches in its rectangular base. It ships in a single size, so there is no size chart to compare against. Buyers should check the measurements against their desk or shelf space before ordering.
Why does the crystal on a skeleton movement clock look so bright?
An optical crystal skeleton clock uses a clear, glasslike crystal body that reflects office light from multiple angles. The exposed gold toned gears add a second reflective surface inside the crystal. Buyers should expect a bright, faceted look rather than a flat, opaque finish.
What engraving options come with a gold skeleton movement clock?
An optical crystal skeleton clock offers a choice between Deep Etch and VividPrint imprinting on the front face. Deep Etch produces a frosted, engraved look, while VividPrint adds a full color logo or message. Both methods use the same front imprint area on this single size clock.
What is the minimum order for a personalized crystal desk clock?
An optical crystal skeleton clock has a minimum order of one unit. This makes it practical to order a single piece for one honoree rather than a bulk batch. We can also handle larger orders when a program needs multiple clocks for one event.
How long does production take for an optical crystal skeleton clock order?
An optical crystal skeleton clock ships from production in 5 business days. This period covers manufacturing only, before transit time to the delivery address. The record does not list a rush or expedited production option for this piece.
Which sales award ceremonies use a gold skeleton clock as a gift?
An optical crystal skeleton clock fits executive recognition dinners, retirement send-offs and top sales award ceremonies. Companies present it at year-end galas or leadership meetings where a desk piece carries more weight than a certificate. The record does not name specific industries, so buyers should judge fit by the occasion.
What affects the price of an engraved crystal desk clock?
An optical crystal skeleton clock is priced mainly by the imprint method chosen, since Deep Etch and VividPrint involve different processes. Order quantity above the one unit minimum can also change the per-piece total. The record lists only one size, so size does not factor into price here.
How do you clean and display a crystal skeleton movement clock?
An optical crystal skeleton clock should sit on a flat, stable surface away from the edge of a desk or shelf. Wipe the crystal with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth to keep the facets clear. The record does not list specific cleaning products, so buyers should avoid abrasive or chemical cleaners on the crystal.
