Description
The Optical Crystal Sphere Award in Recessed Cube Stand pairs a perfectly round 3 inch sphere with a solid cube base cut to cradle it. Made entirely of optical crystal, it suits retirement gifts, sales milestones and executive recognition where a clean geometric form fits the occasion.
The sphere sits in a recessed pocket at the top of the cube, so the two forms read as one continuous piece of crystal rather than a ball glued onto a block. Clear optical crystal carries light through the curved surface and casts it back out through the flat base, giving the piece presence on a shelf or bookcase. Because the sphere has tight curvatures, deep etch decoration is limited to a modest area and placement, so a short name, date or mark works better than a detailed logo. Buyers who need a larger engraving field might look instead at the Crystal Award with Blue, Green or Amber Accent, which adds color to a flatter face. At 3 inches by 4.5 inches overall, the Optical Crystal Sphere Award in Recessed Cube Stand stays compact enough for a desk yet reads as a substantial keepsake. It belongs alongside the wider range of starfire crystal awards for teams building a recognition program around a consistent crystal look.
Ask for a proof to see how your etched name catches light on this recessed cube sphere.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Optical Crystal Sphere Award in Recessed Cube Stand used for?
The Optical Crystal Sphere Award in Recessed Cube Stand recognizes achievements like sales milestones, retirements and leadership transitions. Its round form and clear crystal give it a formal, timeless look suited to executive presentations. Many programs choose it as a standing centerpiece rather than a shelf trophy.
How does the optical crystal sphere award compare to a crystal award with a color accent?
The optical crystal sphere award stays entirely clear, letting light pass through the round form without any tint. A crystal award with a color accent, such as the Crystal Award with Blue, Green or Amber Accent, adds a colored panel for programs that want a branded look. Buyers choosing between them should weigh a pure clear finish against added color and a flatter engraving surface.
What decoration options and sizes are available for this optical crystal sphere award?
This optical crystal sphere award is decorated using deep etch only, cut directly into the crystal. The sphere's curvature restricts the etch to a small area and simple placement, so short names or dates work best. It comes in one overall size of 3 inches by 4.5 inches.
Which events and programs suit an optical crystal sphere award?
An optical crystal sphere award fits retirement dinners, annual sales awards and long-service recognition ceremonies. Its clear, unbranded finish lets it stand in for a wide range of honorees without needing a color match. Companies building a recognition program around crystal awards often choose it as a signature piece.
What factors affect the price of an optical crystal sphere award?
Pricing for an optical crystal sphere award depends on order quantity, the complexity of the deep etch artwork and any rush timing requested. We quote turnaround based on standard scheduling from artwork approval. Reach out with your quantity and artwork so we can provide accurate pricing.
Can I order just one optical crystal sphere award?
The Optical Crystal Sphere Award in Recessed Cube Stand can be ordered with a minimum of one piece. This makes it practical for a single retirement gift or one-off milestone award. We can also produce larger quantities for team-wide or annual recognition programs.
