The crystal circle award sets a thin clear disc with a polished bevelled rim upright in a half dome base cut into sky blue facets. The face is left open for engraving, and it goes to the one person a room has already quietly agreed on before the night starts.
Volunteer of the year evenings, customer awards, hospital service milestones and school foundation dinners all suit a round shape, which carries no hierarchy and reads as thanks rather than ranking. At 0.6 pounds it stays light in the hand, so a chapter can post twenty of them without a freight conversation. Three diameters are made at 4.75, 5.75 and 6.75 inches, each 0.875 inches thick.
