Description
The Optical Crystal Dome Award on Tall Crystal Pane pairs a flat optical dome with a tall Starfire crystal panel, built for annual recognition dinners, sales milestones and retirement gifts. It ships in sizes from 5 to 9 inches and in clear or colored bases, giving presenters a piece that suits both formal boardrooms and casual team celebrations.
The dome sits atop the pane like a lens catching the room, so light gathers at the crystal edges and pulls attention straight to the engraved name below. Buyers choose a clear base for a traditional look or pick amber, green, black, blue, red, light blue or white to match a team color or brand palette. Deep etch decoration reaches into the crystal pane itself, so the recipient's name and achievement stay legible and permanent rather than sitting on the surface. Because the piece runs 5, 7 or 9 inches tall, a coordinator can size the same design for a department award and a company-wide honor without changing the concept. Recognition committees in sales, healthcare and education pick this shape when they want the dome's rounded silhouette to soften an otherwise formal crystal award. For a warmer wood alternative to display alongside crystal pieces, the Erindale Plaque offers a red alder surface suited to a different corner of the same trophy case. Anyone building out a full Crystal Awards program can pair this piece with others from the line to keep a consistent look across ceremonies. The Optical Crystal Dome Award on Tall Crystal Pane works equally well as a standalone gift or as the top tier of a multi-level awards program.
Ask for a proof to see how deep etch lettering catches light beneath that rounded dome.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the optical crystal dome award on tall crystal pane best suited for?
The optical crystal dome award on tall crystal pane suits annual recognition dinners, sales milestones and retirement presentations. Its rounded dome softens the formal crystal look and fits both corporate boardrooms and casual team gatherings. Recognition committees often choose it as a top-tier award within a larger program.
How does this crystal dome award compare with a wood plaque award?
The optical crystal dome award reflects light through its Starfire pane, giving it a brighter, more formal presence than a wood plaque. A wood option like the Erindale Plaque brings a warmer red alder surface for a different display feel. Many programs use both together to vary the look across award tiers.
What decoration options and sizes does this crystal dome award offer?
The optical crystal dome award uses deep etch decoration cut directly into the crystal pane below the dome. It comes in three heights, 5, 7 and 9 inches, across eight base colors. This gives buyers a consistent decoration method across a full size range.
Which events and programs typically order this optical crystal dome award?
The optical crystal dome award appears often in sales achievement programs, healthcare recognition events and academic honors ceremonies. Its size range lets one program use smaller versions for regional winners and larger versions for top honorees. Corporate award committees favor it for annual galas.
What factors affect the price of an optical crystal dome award?
The optical crystal dome award price depends mainly on the size chosen, since it ranges from 5 to 9 inches. Base color selection among the eight available options can also factor into cost. We recommend requesting a quote for exact figures tied to a chosen size and color.
How long does production take once artwork is approved?
The optical crystal dome award moves through production in 5 working days from artwork approval. We require only a minimum order of one piece, so single awards can be ordered without a bulk commitment. This turnaround helps teams plan around fixed ceremony dates.
