Description
The Optical Crystal Apple Award With a Bamboo or Rosewood Base pairs a thick 7 x 3.5 x 3 inch optical crystal apple with a triple stepped bamboo or rosewood platform. Schools and academic recognition programs buy it to honor teachers, principals and staff who shape student success.
The apple shape gives the piece a warm, recognizable form that suits education recognition far better than a generic block. Optical crystal catches light through the fruit while the piano finished bamboo or rosewood base grounds the design in warm wood tones, and buyers can also choose a colored crystal base in shades such as amber, blue, green, red or clear to match a district palette. Deep Etch carves the recipient name directly into the crystal for a permanent mark, while VividPrint adds full color logos or photos for programs that want a school crest or mascot on display. A second position Deep Etch on the apple itself lets a school add a class year or donor name alongside the honoree. Because the base swaps between bamboo, rosewood and multiple crystal colors, one shape covers teacher of the year ceremonies, retirement gifts and donor recognition without changing the mold. For a smaller desk gift tied to entertaining rather than office display, the Glass Coaster Set with Stainless Rims on a Rosewood Stand offers the same rosewood warmth in a functional set. Order the Optical Crystal Apple Award With a Bamboo or Rosewood Base early in the school year so engraving and delivery align with graduation or faculty appreciation week.
Pick a base, choose the crystal color and start your order before the next faculty ceremony fills the calendar.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the optical crystal apple award typically used for?
The optical crystal apple award recognizes teachers, principals and academic staff for outstanding service. Schools present it at faculty appreciation events, retirement ceremonies and donor recognition dinners. Its apple shape ties the piece directly to education themes.
How does the bamboo base compare with the rosewood or crystal base options on this apple award?
The optical crystal apple award offers bamboo, rosewood or colored crystal bases with the same crystal apple on top. Bamboo and rosewood give a triple stepped piano finish wood look, while crystal bases come in shades like amber, blue and green. Buyers pick the base that matches their venue or school colors.
Which decoration methods are available and where do they appear on the crystal apple award?
The optical crystal apple award supports Deep Etch and VividPrint decoration. Deep Etch engraves a name into the crystal apple or base, while VividPrint applies full color logos or photos to the base surface. Buyers combine both methods across the apple and base areas.
Do schools use this optical crystal apple award for donor recognition programs too?
Schools use the optical crystal apple award for donor recognition alongside teacher awards. Its wood or crystal base options let a program vary the look across categories without changing the apple shape. Programs often rotate colors by department or ceremony type.
What factors affect the price of a custom optical crystal apple award?
Pricing for the optical crystal apple award depends on the base material chosen and whether Deep Etch or VividPrint decoration is applied. Order quantity and additional engraving areas can also change the total. We recommend requesting a quote for exact figures based on your specifications.
How long does production take once artwork is approved for this apple award?
The optical crystal apple award ships 5 working days after artwork approval. We recommend submitting logo or name files early to keep this timeline on track. Minimum order quantity is one unit, so single awards are easy to arrange.
