The Cygnus features a freestanding circle of flawless optical crystal, tapered front and back and cut at the bottom to conform to the lower edges of a polished chrome star affixed to the front. Great for acknowledging stellar performance or "rising stars" in the organization. Second position etch and colorfill optional.
