Description
The crystal heart award stands upright on its own base edge, so nobody has to hunt for a stand or prop it against a monitor. Hospitals, nonprofits and HR teams give it when the thing being recognized is care or commitment rather than a sales number on a board.
At a nurses week ceremony, the wide clear face holds a name, a unit and a short line of thanks without crowding, so the person reading it takes in the whole message at arm's length. Volunteer appreciation nights work the same way, since one heart covers a decade of service or a single big year. Donor recognition dinners are another fit, where a heart says thank you in a way a plaque does not. Retirement send-offs get the most out of the 1 inch thickness, because the piece sits on a desk for years without tipping. Your logo goes on the back and reads through the crystal from the front, so the brand stays present without printing over the recipient's name.
Pair it with the crystal computer mouse paperweight when you are building a two-piece desk set for a department head, since both are clear optical crystal and sit together without clashing on the same shelf. If you are stocking a full recognition program, the healthcare and pharmaceutical gift range carries matching pieces for patient safety awards, residency graduations and donor thank-yous, all in the same clear crystal.
Upload your logo and the wording you want, and you will see a proof laid out on the heart before you commit. Production takes 5 working days once you approve it, with a one-piece minimum.

Imprint area — will your logo fit?
Deep Etch · Back of AwardThe imprint area on this product is 2 inches wide by 2 inches tall (Back of Award), printed by deep etch. Your artwork prints inside the dashed area below — nothing outside it prints. Products often look larger in a photo than the space you can actually print on.

Frequently Asked Questions
What size is the crystal heart award?
The crystal heart award measures 4 inches across, 3.5 inches tall and 1 inch thick. It weighs 0.9 pounds, which gives it enough mass to stay put on a desk. The heart stands on its own without a separate base.
How is a crystal heart award personalized for a recipient?
A crystal heart award is personalized on the back face, either by deep etch or by full color printing. Deep etch cuts a name, title and date into the crystal, while full color printing reproduces a logo with several brand colors. Both methods run one side and one location.
Can the crystal heart award hold a logo and a message together?
The crystal heart award has a full color imprint area of 4 by 3.5 inches on the back, which fits a logo, a name and a short message together. Deep etch covers a 2 by 2 inch area, so it suits shorter wording. Choose the method after you know how much text you need.
What occasions do buyers choose a crystal heart for?
Crystal heart awards go out for nurses week, volunteer appreciation nights, donor recognition dinners and retirement send-offs. Healthcare teams also use them for patient safety and caregiver awards. The heart shape reads as thanks rather than competition, which suits service recognition better than a plaque.
How long does it take to produce a custom crystal award?
Custom crystal awards take 5 working days to produce, counted from the day artwork is approved. Shipping time sits on top of that and depends on the carrier service. Send final artwork early when a ceremony date is already fixed.
Is there a minimum order for a crystal heart award?
One piece is the minimum order for a crystal heart award, so a single retirement gift is a valid order. The same award also runs in larger quantities for a department-wide program. Production stays at 5 working days from artwork approval either way.
How should a crystal award be cleaned so the etching stays sharp?
Crystal awards need only a soft dry cloth to keep the polished faces clear of dust. Wipe fingerprints with a slightly damp cloth and dry the piece straight away so water marks do not set. Avoid abrasive cleaners, which cloud the polish and soften etched detail.
What drives the price of a custom crystal award?
Custom crystal award pricing moves with quantity, the decoration method chosen and the size of the imprint. Deep etch and full color printing are priced differently, and setup is part of the calculation. Ask for a quote with your quantity and artwork to get exact numbers.
