Description
Polished Black Granite Award Block with Swappable Year - Maribel is a polished granite service award for company anniversary programs. Cut from black granite into a three by four inch block, one inch thick, it recognizes employees reaching five, ten, fifteen, twenty, or twenty five years with a firm and doubles as a desktop paperweight.
The deep etched front panel, two by three inches, holds the recipient's name, title, and milestone year in bold contrast against polished black stone. A single color fill picks out the etched lines so the artwork reads clearly from across a room. Stock anniversary artwork ships with every order, and the year designation swaps to match each new milestone. Human resources departments use the block for service pins, retirement send offs, and long term employee recognition banquets. Its short, weighty footprint sits well on a bookshelf or a desk, doubling as a paperweight between ceremonies. Buyers who want a lighter, more reflective look can browse our crystal awards for a faceted alternative to solid stone. For a taller silhouette offered in three sizes, the Customized Starfire & Chrome Sutherland Award pairs clear crystal with a chrome accent instead of granite.
Give the Polished Black Granite Award Block with Swappable Year - Maribel its moment at the podium and request a proof before the ceremony date.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a polished granite service award used for?
A polished granite service award marks employee milestones such as service anniversaries and retirements. Companies present it during recognition banquets or team meetings. Its stone form gives the honoree a lasting keepsake for a desk or shelf.
How does a polished granite service award compare to a crystal award?
A polished granite service award relies on solid black stone and a deep etched panel for a matte, weighty presence. A crystal award instead uses faceted glass to catch and reflect light for a brighter look. Buyers who prefer sparkle over stone often choose the crystal option instead.
What decoration options and sizes are available on this granite service award?
This granite service award uses a deep etch decoration with a single color fill on its front panel. The etched area measures two by three inches on a block that is three by four inches overall and one inch thick. That panel size leaves room for a name, title, and milestone year.
Which programs and industries order this granite service award most often?
Human resources teams order this granite service award for years of service programs across many industries. Corporate recognition banquets, retirement ceremonies, and long tenure milestones are common occasions. Any department marking employee anniversaries can use the same block design.
What affects the price of a polished granite service award?
Pricing for a polished granite service award depends on order quantity and how many units are engraved at once. The milestone year chosen does not change the block itself, only the etched designation. Artwork complexity and rush scheduling can also factor into a final quote.
How long does production take and is there a minimum order?
Production of this granite service award takes five working days after artwork approval. We accept a minimum order of just one piece, so a single honoree can be recognized without a larger purchase. This makes the block practical for individual milestone presentations.
