Baltimore/Everett Plaque - Gold

The Baltimore/Everett Plaque - Gold is a genuine granite wall plaque with a gold engraving plate fixed to the stone face. Four sizes are available, from 6 x 8 inches up to 9 x 12 inches. All text and logo work is engraved onto the metal plate rather than cut into the stone.

A granite plaque is cut from quarried stone, so shade and veining differ from piece to piece and no two faces match exactly. Wood awards show grain and knots and crystal awards can carry small air bubbles or chill marks, and none of these natural variations count as defects in any of the three materials. Granite is decorated on the attached plate instead of into the face, so engraving detail does not depend on the stone surface.

The gold granite plaque comes in 6 x 8, 7 x 9, 8 x 10 and 9 x 12 inch sizes. Engraving areas on the attached plate measure 5 x 7, 6 x 8, 7 x 9 and 8 x 11 inches in that order. Boxed dimensions run from 7.63 x 1.13 x 9.38 inches for the 7 x 9 size up to 9.75 x 1.13 x 12.38 inches for the 9 x 12 size.

The plaque is made from genuine granite with a gold engraving plate attached to the front. Granite is a natural stone, so color and veining vary between pieces, and all listed sizes and weights are approximate. Defects in materials or workmanship are corrected at no charge.

Yes, the gold plate is decorated by laser engraving, and artwork must be supplied as vector files with every font converted to outlines. Names and dates engrave as personalization at up to four lines per piece, with a higher per-piece rate above four lines. A second decorating location is available on most awards for an added setup and per-piece run charge. Artwork that needs redrawing is billed hourly and can delay the order.

One plaque is the minimum order, because pricing starts at a single piece. Quantity breaks then apply at 4, 7, 13 and 25 or more pieces. Optional box imprinting is the one add-on with a separate minimum, starting at 24 boxes for either a 1-color or a full-color print inside a 2.5 x 2.5 inch area.

Standard production runs 5 working days from approval of artwork or a sample, subject to stock. Sizes that are out of stock are manufactured on demand, so confirm the lead time before the order goes in. Shipments needed in less than 5 working days may carry a rush charge. Transit time is added on top of production time.

Gold granite plaques are ordered most often for employee service anniversaries, retirement tributes, donor and capital campaign recognition, agent or salesperson of the year awards, building dedications, and outgoing board member honors. Each plaque is packed one to a box at no added cost, so individual awards can be handed out separately at a ceremony. Personalization engraves per piece, which lets one order cover a full honoree list with different names on each plaque.

Compliance documents are not currently published for this plaque, so we cannot supply a certificate with the order. The factory corrects defects in materials and workmanship at no charge. Transit damage is claimed with the carrier first, then reported to us so a replacement can be arranged. Blank product approved for return is subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be requested in writing within 30 days of invoice.

Per-unit pricing runs from $99.50 to $194.50 depending on size and quantity. The 6 x 8 inch size starts at $107.50 for a single piece and falls to $99.50 at 25 or more, while the 9 x 12 inch size runs $194.50 for one piece down to $178.50 at 25 or more. Price tiers break at 1, 4, 7, 13 and 25 pieces. New artwork setup, per-line personalization, a second decorating location and optional box imprinting are quoted separately.
