Description
The Oakleigh/Everett Plaque is a black piano finish plaque with a satin silver engraving plate. It ships in five sizes, from 7 inches by 9 inches up to 12 inches by 15 inches. Companies pick it for leadership awards, retirement gifts and service milestones. The glossy black surface gives an office wall or credenza a sharp focal point.
The high-gloss piano finish resists fingerprints and reflects light across a room. Laser engraving cuts directly into the satin silver plate. The imprint area grows with each plaque size, leaving more room on the larger pieces. That much space fits a long job title or a short line of tribute text. Recognition committees pick the Oakleigh/Everett Plaque for annual sales awards, promotion announcements and retirement send-offs. The black and silver pairing photographs well for a company newsletter or a LinkedIn post. The size range lets a buyer match a small desk plaque to a quarterly award. A larger wall piece suits a career milestone instead. Buyers wanting room for a longer message should look at the Piano Finish Plaque with a Generous Personalization Area. That sibling award carries a larger engraving plate and belongs to our wood plaques selection. Each plaque leaves production in five business days. Every order ships packed in its own box, so an HR team can plan a presentation date with confidence.
Mark the next leadership win with the glossy black finish and silver plate, then start your order in minutes.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a black piano finish plaque and who buys the Oakleigh/Everett design?
A black piano finish plaque like the Oakleigh/Everett is a rectangular wood award with a glossy finish and a silver engraving surface. Recognition committees choose it for leadership honors, sales milestones, and service anniversaries. Its five size options let a buyer match the piece to a desk or a wall display.
How does a black piano finish plaque compare with a plaque that has a larger personalization area?
A black piano finish plaque such as the Oakleigh/Everett carries a fixed engraving plate sized to each of its five dimensions. The Piano Finish Plaque with a Generous Personalization Area instead widens that engraving field for longer text or bigger artwork. Buyers with a short message often prefer the Oakleigh/Everett, while those needing more room look at the wider-plate sibling.
Which laser engraving area sizes come with each black piano finish plaque size?
The black piano finish plaque uses laser engraving on its center plate, with the printable area ranging from 4 inches by 6 inches on the smallest size to 10 inches by 13 inches on the largest. Every size keeps the engraving centered on the plate for a balanced layout. Buyers pick the plate size that fits their logo and message length.
Which corporate recognition programs typically use a black piano finish plaque like this one?
A black piano finish plaque fits leadership recognition, sales achievement programs, and service anniversary awards in an office setting. Human resources teams often select it for annual honor rolls or retirement gifts. Its rectangular shape and engraving plate suit a wall or shelf display in a reception area.
What affects the price of a custom black piano finish plaque order?
A black piano finish plaque varies in cost by the size and plate area chosen, since these scale from 7 inches by 9 inches up to 12 inches by 15 inches. We also account for shipping weight, which ranges from 1.05 pounds to 2.55 pounds by size. Order quantity affects cost too, since this plaque ships starting at a single unit.
Does the Oakleigh/Everett Plaque have a minimum order requirement or a set production time?
The Oakleigh/Everett Plaque has no minimum order, so a single piece can be purchased. Production takes 5 business days before the order ships. Buyers planning a presentation date should factor that turnaround into their order timeline.
