Description
Rectangular Iridescent Mica Plaque on Mahogany Walnut sets a full-color image on a shimmering mica layer over a mahogany-finished walnut base. This iridescent mica plaque comes in two sizes, 8 by 10 inches and 9 by 12 inches, for retirement gifts, sales awards, and corporate recognition.
Iridescent mica catches ambient light and shifts color as viewers move past the plaque, which sets it apart from flat-finish wood awards. Digital Full Color Process printing places a full-color image in the window area and a matching full-color plate below it, so a logo and a name plate work together on one mahogany-finished walnut base. Companies use the Rectangular Iridescent Mica Plaque on Mahogany Walnut for annual sales meetings, donor recognition, and employee milestone awards, and it displays well on a credenza or a lobby wall. The two available sizes give buyers a compact option for desk display and a larger option for group or department awards. Buyers who want a different desktop keepsake instead of a wall plaque might consider the Globe on Albion™ Cardholder, which pairs a small globe accent with a card display base. Shoppers comparing styles across the wider engraved plaques lineup will find this mica finish stands out for its color-shifting surface rather than a flat, single-tone panel.
Watch the mica shimmer under office lighting and request a quote for your team's award.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Rectangular Iridescent Mica Plaque on Mahogany Walnut used for?
The Rectangular Iridescent Mica Plaque on Mahogany Walnut recognizes achievements with a full-color image set into a shimmering mica surface. Companies present it for sales awards, retirement gifts, and donor recognition. It suits buyers who want a wall or desk award with more visual texture than a plain wood plaque.
How does this iridescent mica plaque compare with a standard wood plaque?
This iridescent mica plaque uses a color-shifting mica layer, while a standard wood plaque relies on a single flat wood tone. The mica surface changes appearance as the viewing angle changes, which adds visual movement that a flat panel does not have. Buyers who want a quieter, traditional look might prefer a plain wood or laminate plaque instead.
What sizes does this iridescent mica plaque come in?
This iridescent mica plaque is offered in two panel sizes, 8 x 10 inches and 9 x 12 inches. Both sizes use the same mahogany-finished walnut base and mica surface. Buyers pick the larger panel for group awards or a shared department recognition piece.
How does the mica finish behave in different lighting?
This iridescent mica plaque uses a mica layer that shifts color and shine as light hits it from different angles. Under bright office lighting the surface looks bright and reflective, while dimmer light gives it a softer glow. The mahogany-finished walnut base underneath stays a consistent dark wood tone regardless of lighting.
Where does the full-color imprint go on this iridescent mica plaque?
Digital Full Color Process printing on this iridescent mica plaque sits in a 4 by 4 inch window above a separate imprinted plate. The plate below measures 4 by 3 inches on the 8 by 10 size and 4.25 by 3.5 inches on the 9 by 12 size. The window carries a photo or logo while the plate carries a name or title.
What is the minimum order for the Rectangular Iridescent Mica Plaque on Mahogany Walnut?
We set the minimum order for the Rectangular Iridescent Mica Plaque on Mahogany Walnut at one unit per size. That lets a buyer order a single plaque for one recipient without a bulk commitment. Larger orders for team or department awards can include any mix of the two available sizes.
How long does it take to produce this iridescent mica plaque?
Production on this iridescent mica plaque takes five days for either available size. That period begins once the artwork for the window and plate is approved. The fact record does not list a faster rush option for this plaque.
Which events and industries typically use this iridescent mica plaque?
Sales organizations and membership associations use this iridescent mica plaque for annual award banquets and top-performer recognition. Nonprofit groups also present it to donors and volunteers at appreciation dinners. Its shimmering surface gives it a more distinctive look than a plain wood or acrylic plaque for a head-table display.
What factors affect the price of this iridescent mica plaque?
Plaque size is a main factor that changes the price of this iridescent mica plaque. The 9 by 12 inch size uses more material and a larger imprinted plate than the 8 by 10 inch size. The amount of detail in the full-color image can also affect the total.
How should this iridescent mica plaque be displayed and cared for?
This iridescent mica plaque should sit or hang away from direct sunlight to protect the mahogany finish and the mica surface. Wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth to keep the imprint area clean. The record does not list a specific cleaning product for this plaque.
