What is a walnut rolled edge plaque and who uses it?

A walnut rolled edge plaque suits long-service awards, board recognition and sales milestones. Its rounded edge and gold-plate imprint give it a polished, formal look. Many buyers choose it for retirement gifts or team achievement ceremonies.

How does a rolled edge plaque differ from a cove edge plaque?

A walnut rolled edge plaque has a smooth, rounded border that curves over the top edge. A cove edge plaque instead carves a concave groove around the plate. Buyers who want a soft, continuous line typically pick the rolled edge style.

What decoration options and sizes come with a walnut rolled edge plaque?

A walnut rolled edge plaque uses VividPrint full-color digital printing on its gold plate. The printed area scales from 5 x 7 inches up to 8.5 x 11 inches depending on plaque size. Plaque sizes range from 7 x 9 inches to 10.5 x 13 inches.

Which programs and events suit a walnut rolled edge plaque?

Long-service awards, board recognition dinners and sales-team milestones all suit a walnut rolled edge plaque. Membership associations and nonprofits also use it for donor or volunteer recognition. The gold-plate imprint area holds a photo, seal or several lines of text.

What factors affect the price of a walnut rolled edge plaque?

Plaque size is the biggest factor in the price of a walnut rolled edge plaque, since larger plates need more printing area. Order quantity and how fast you need it also change the total. We account for the VividPrint imprint area when preparing a quote.

Is there a minimum order and how long does production take?

A walnut rolled edge plaque ships in 5 to 7 business days once art is approved. We accept orders starting at a single plaque, so one retiree or honoree can order without a group minimum. This suits a one-off gift as easily as a bulk order.

Description

The SpectraPrint™ Plaque (Walnut Rolled Edge Gold) is a walnut rolled edge plaque with a gold print plate. A full-color digital print sits on the gold plate for photos and logos. It comes in four sizes, from 7 by 9 inches up to 10.5 by 13 inches. Retirement events and long-service awards often use this style.

The gold plate on the SpectraPrint™ Plaque (Walnut Rolled Edge Gold) reproduces full-color photos and logos. A single-tone engraving cannot match that kind of color detail. The rolled edge curves smoothly over the top of the walnut base. That soft, continuous line gives the plaque a polished, finished look. Long-service awards, board recognition and sales-team milestones often call for this style. A larger plaque size gives a lengthy citation more room to read clearly. The printed area grows with the plaque so the image never looks cramped. Buyers wanting a different plaque silhouette can compare the Northampton/Everett plaque design instead. This model belongs to our wood plaques lineup of presentation styles.
