Description
A jade glass mountain award cuts two rough hand chipped slopes up to a single point, in jade green glass seated on a stepped rectangular base. Sales directors, safety committees and franchise groups hand it over when someone has climbed something, and the frosted white snow cap tops the peak when it is wanted.
Three sizes run from 6 by 7 inches for a desk to 8 by 8.5 inches and 9 by 10 inches for a lobby cabinet, and each comes in a 3/8 inch or a 3/4 inch thickness, so the heavier slab carries more weight in the hand at a presidents club dinner. Deep etching covers 4 by 5 inches on the smallest peak and grows to 6 by 7 inches on the largest, which is room for a logo, a citation and a year. Mining and energy firms use it for safety milestones, software teams for a quota summit, and charities for a fundraising target that was finally cleared. The snow cap is included when you want it and left off when you do not.
Anyone building a desk set around the same recipient often adds the aluminum Moreland clock and card holder, which gives the winner something working to keep beside the peak rather than a second trophy. The wider jade glass awards range shares this chipped edge and the same green cast, so a summit for the top performer and the other shapes chosen for the team still read as one programme on a shelf.
Send the citation and the logo, ask for a proof of the etch layout on the slope face, and the piece leaves five working days after you approve it, snow cap on or off.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the jade glass mountain award made of and how is it shaped?
The jade glass mountain award is cut from jade glass into a peak with two rough, hand chipped slopes that meet at a point. It sits in a stepped rectangular base of the same glass. The green cast is in the material itself rather than a coating.
Does the jade glass mountain award include the white snow cap?
The jade glass mountain award comes with the frosted white snow cap, and it is fitted only if you want it. The cap is opaque with drip edges that run down over the peak. Leaving it off gives a plain green summit.
How large is the jade glass mountain award and how thick is the glass?
The jade glass mountain award is made at 6 by 7 inches, 8 by 8.5 inches and 9 by 10 inches. Each size is available in a 3/8 inch or a 3/4 inch thickness. The thicker slab feels heavier in the hand and refracts more light through the chipped edges.
Where does the etching go, and how much room is there for artwork?
The jade glass mountain award is deep etched on the polished face, in an area of 4 by 5 inches on the smallest size and up to 6 by 7 inches on the largest. That is room for a logo, a citation line and a date. Vector artwork holds the crispest edges in etched glass.
Which occasions suit a peak shaped award of this kind?
The jade glass mountain award is handed over at sales summits, safety milestone announcements, fundraising target celebrations and long service dinners. Mining, energy and software teams all use the climb as the metaphor for the year. The larger sizes usually go to the single headline recipient.
What drives the price when ordering a batch of these awards?
The jade glass mountain award is priced on quantity, the size chosen, the glass thickness and the etching setup for new artwork. Splitting a batch across two sizes changes the tiers, so ask for a written quote listing each one. No figure is fixed until the artwork and the quantity are settled.
How long does production take once artwork is approved?
The jade glass mountain award is produced in five working days from artwork approval, whether the order is one piece or forty. Add carrier transit on top of that when a ceremony date is fixed. Approval of the proof starts the clock, not the purchase order.
Can a second piece be ordered later to match the first?
The jade glass mountain award is made to order from stock shapes, so a repeat piece a year later matches the original. Keep the artwork file and the size code with the programme notes. The chipped edges are cut by hand, so each one varies slightly along the slope.
