Description
Cut to a house silhouette with a peaked roof, this crystal paperweight gives a closing gift a shape that says what the business does, instead of another blank block on a shelf. Real estate agents, builders, and mortgage brokers hand it to clients at the end of a deal, when a generic gift would be forgotten by Friday.
At a closing table, the etched logo on the back reads forward through the solid crystal, so your agency name shows even when the piece faces a client across the desk. Builders use the same shape for topping-out ceremonies and first-home handovers, where a house outline lands better than a plaque. Full color printing carries a two-color brand mark that etching would flatten to frost. The piece weighs just over two pounds, so it stays put on a busy site trailer desk and never gets mistaken for a giveaway trinket. A first-home client keeps it on a hall table, which puts your name in the house you sold them. Each one arrives in a black satin-lined gift box, ready to hand over without wrapping.
Pair it with our crystal computer mouse paperweight when the gift goes to a mortgage broker or a title office, since one nods to the property and the other to the desk work behind it. For a site-safety award or a job-site milestone that is not about a home, the rest of our construction promotional products is the better place to look.
Send your logo and the wording you want etched, and you will have a written quote and a proof before you pay anything. Production runs five working days from the day you approve the art.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a house-shaped crystal paperweight and who buys one?
A house-shaped crystal paperweight is a solid optical crystal block cut to a house outline with a peaked roof. Real estate agents, home builders, mortgage lenders, and title companies buy it as a closing gift or a sales award. The clear body carries an etched or printed logo on the back.
What are the dimensions and weight of this crystal paperweight?
The house-shaped crystal paperweight measures 4 inches wide, 3.5 inches tall, and 1.75 inches deep. It weighs 2.05 pounds, which is heavy enough to hold a stack of paper on a desk. Each piece ships in a box measuring about 4.88 by 5.38 by 2.38 inches.
How does the logo get applied to a house-shaped crystal paperweight?
Deep etching and full color printing both go on the back of the house-shaped crystal paperweight, in one location. The deep etch area measures 3 by 2 inches and the full color print area measures 4 by 3 inches. Bold artwork and large text hold up best because the mark is read through the crystal.
Which industries use a house-shaped desk award as a client gift?
Real estate, home building, mortgage lending, title insurance, and home improvement firms use a house-shaped crystal paperweight most. Agents give them at closings, and builders use them for topping-out and first-home ceremonies. The shape names the industry without any extra wording on the piece.
How long does production take and can I order just one?
Production on this crystal paperweight takes five working days from artwork approval, and the minimum order is one piece. Shipping time is added after production. Give us your in-hands date and we will confirm whether the standard window meets it.
How do you clean a crystal paperweight without scratching the surface?
Clean a crystal paperweight with a soft lint-free cloth and a small amount of glass cleaner on the cloth. Abrasive sponges and scouring powder leave fine scratches on optical crystal that catch the light. Dry it right away so water does not spot the polished faces.
Does this paperweight come in a gift box for handing to a client?
Each house-shaped crystal paperweight ships inside a black satin-lined presentation gift box. You do not need extra wrapping before handing it over at a closing or a ceremony. The box also protects the polished faces during transit.
What factors change the price of a custom crystal paperweight order?
Price on a custom crystal paperweight depends on quantity, decoration method, and artwork setup. Full color printing and deep etching are charged differently, and the per-piece cost drops as the run size grows. Send your quantity and art file to get an exact number.
