Description
The Wood Column Award With Slanted Acrylic Top joins a beechwood column with a clear, angled acrylic cap. This wood column acrylic award suits years-of-service milestones, retirement gifts, and sales recognition. It ships in three sizes, from 3" x 6" up to 3" x 9". It takes laser engraving or VividPrint imprinting.
The slanted acrylic top catches light along its angled edge. That brings a bright accent to the wood grain underneath. The beechwood column reads neutral on a bookshelf or credenza. The clear acrylic cap adds a modern edge. Sales teams, HR departments, and event planners use this piece for years-of-service ceremonies, retirement send-offs, and top-performer recognition. It stands upright on a desk or shelf for everyday display. Three sizes let a buyer match the award to the milestone. A compact 3" x 6" piece suits an early anniversary. The taller 3" x 9" version suits a retirement gift. Laser engraving cuts a permanent mark into the front panel. It works on either the acrylic or the wood. VividPrint applies a printed graphic to that same panel instead. A buyer can choose an etched look or a printed logo. Buyers who want a lighter desk gift instead often pick the clear apple cardholder for teacher or client appreciation. Browse the acrylic awards collection for more slanted-top and faceted designs. The Wood Column Award With Slanted Acrylic Top fits well within that lineup.
Ask for a proof of your engraved column before the retirement party invitations go out.

Imprint area — will your logo fit?
Laser Engraving · Acrylic - FrontThe imprint area on this product is 2-1/2 inches wide by 2-1/2 inches tall (Acrylic - Front), printed by laser engraving. Your artwork prints inside the dashed area below — nothing outside it prints. Products often look larger in a photo than the space you can actually print on.

What happens after you order, and when.
You order. Your card is authorised, not charged. Nothing is billed until you approve the proof, and you can change or cancel the order up to that point.
Free visual proof. We email a proof showing your logo on the product, usually within one business day. Revisions are unlimited and free. The production clock does not start until you say yes.
Production. Counted in business days from proof approval, not from the order. Weekends and US federal holidays are skipped. If your date is tight, tell us up front and we will work backwards from it.
Delivered. Enter a destination ZIP in the order card to get live carrier rates and a delivery date. We will not guess one.
Business days only, counted from proof approval. The clock starts when you say yes, not when you order. Weekends and US federal holidays are skipped.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a wood column acrylic award and who typically buys one?
A wood column acrylic award is a column-shaped piece that stands upright rather than lying flat. Buyers who want a mixed-material trophy instead of an all-metal or all-crystal option choose this style. It works well as a standalone desk or shelf piece for one recipient at a time.
How does a wood column acrylic award compare with a crystal award?
A wood column acrylic award mixes wood and acrylic instead of the glass-like block used in crystal awards. The two-tone build gives it a warmer, more casual look than a crystal piece. Buyers who want a bright, faceted look instead often choose a crystal award.
What sizes and dimensions does a wood column acrylic award come in?
A wood column acrylic award comes in three sizes: 3" x 6" x 1.5", 3" x 7.5" x 1.5", and 3" x 9" x 1.5". Each size keeps the same 1.5-inch depth while the height changes. Buyers pick the size based on desk space or the significance of the milestone.
Why does the clear acrylic top look different from the beechwood base of this award in bright light?
A wood column acrylic award uses clear acrylic that lets light pass through its slanted edge. The beechwood base underneath stays opaque, creating a contrast between the smooth top and the wood grain beneath it. Buyers who want an all-reflective piece instead often choose a crystal award.
Which imprint methods and locations are available on a wood column acrylic award?
A wood column acrylic award accepts laser engraving or VividPrint imprinting on the front of the acrylic or the wood. The mid-size piece takes a 2.5" x 3.25" laser engraving area or a 3" x 3.75" VividPrint area on that same front panel. Both decoration methods use that single front location across every size offered.
What is the minimum order quantity for a wood column acrylic award?
A wood column acrylic award ships with a minimum order of one unit per size. Buyers can order a single 3" x 6" piece or mix sizes across a group of recipients without hitting a higher minimum. We recommend confirming quantity needs before art goes to proof.
How long does production take for a wood column acrylic award, and is rush service available?
A wood column acrylic award has a standard production time of five days across all three sizes. The record does not list a rush production option for this piece. We recommend ordering ahead of the ceremony date to account for standard turnaround plus shipping.
Which recognition programs commonly present a wood column acrylic award?
A wood column acrylic award fits corporate recognition programs such as spot bonuses, peer nominations, and milestone anniversaries. Nonprofit and community organizations also use it for volunteer appreciation. Its column shape stands out on an awards table next to flatter plaques.
What factors affect the price of a wood column acrylic award?
A wood column acrylic award is priced according to the size selected and the imprint method chosen. Laser engraving and VividPrint may carry different costs since they use different equipment. We also factor in order quantity when preparing a quote.
How should someone care for and display a wood column acrylic award?
A wood column acrylic award should sit away from direct sunlight and heat sources to protect the acrylic top. Dust the wood and acrylic with a soft, dry cloth instead of household cleaners. The record does not list special coating or sealant instructions beyond normal care.
