Engraving and Print Options for Branded Clearmount Trophies

Laser engraving runs across the whole of this range, and VividPrint full colour printing is listed on about half of it. On the combination pieces you can use both on the same award, which is what the dual engraving items are designed for. Name the piece you like and we confirm which methods it takes.

Artwork and recipient wording go to a free virtual proof first. You see the layout at size before production starts, which matters most on embedment awards where the item being sealed sets the layout around it.

What is a Clearmount embedment award?

An embedment award seals an object inside cast acrylic so it can be displayed permanently. Medallions, coins, tooling samples and small keepsakes are the usual subjects. The Circle, Corner Cube and Flat Wedge embedment pieces in this range are each shaped to hold a medallion. Send us the item you want embedded and we confirm which shape fits it.

Can I order a single Clearmount award?

Yes. Minimums on this range start at one piece, so a single retirement, milestone or donor award is a normal order rather than an exception. Ordering several of the same design does reduce the per-piece cost, so if you are recognising a group it is worth asking for both figures on one quote.

Can Clearmount awards be engraved and printed at the same time?

On several pieces, yes. Laser engraving is available across the whole range and VividPrint full colour printing on about half of it, and the combination acrylic-and-wood awards are specifically designed to take one method on each material. That lets you engrave recipient wording into the wood and print a full colour logo onto the acrylic.

What materials are Clearmount awards made from?

Acrylic and solid wood, used on their own or combined in one piece. Beechwood appears in the cube award, and the tower and circle awards pair a wood element with a clear acrylic one. Because the two materials take decoration differently, the material you choose affects whether engraving or full colour print gives the better result.

How long does a Clearmount award order take?

Production is about 5 business days after you approve the proof, with shipping on top. Embedment pieces need the item being sealed to reach production first, so if you are having a medallion or keepsake set into the award, factor in the time to send it to us. Tell us your ceremony date and we work backwards from it.

What occasions suit a Clearmount acrylic award?

They fit service anniversaries, retirements, donor recognition and industry or association honours, where the award is meant to sit on a desk or a shelf for years rather than mark a single event.
