Description
Starfire Crystal Wedge Award with Ebony or Sapphire Base honors a standout contributor with a solid block of Starfire crystal. The beveled bottom and slanted top create a clean frame for engraved words. Sales teams, corporate boards and athletic programs choose it for annual recognition dinners and retirement send offs.
The upward slant of the top face catches light and draws the eye straight to the engraved message, giving the recipient a piece that reads clearly from across a room. Buyers pick between a black ebony base or a blue sapphire base, each paired with clear crystal that stays true to Starfire's colourless clarity. Deep Etch carves the recognition text directly into the crystal for a permanent mark, while VividPrint adds full colour logos or photos for programs that want a branded look. Three sizes let a planner scale the piece from a small team gift to a large stage presentation without changing the shape. Anyone who prefers a warm wood alternative to crystal can look at the Telford Plaque instead, since it swaps the glass block for an ebony and walnut panel. Every piece arrives in a black satin lined gift box, ready to hand over without extra wrapping. Buyers browsing the wider crystal awards selection will find this wedge shape works well alongside other Starfire pieces for a matched trophy case.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Starfire Crystal Wedge Award with Ebony or Sapphire Base used for?
The Starfire crystal wedge award recognizes standout performance at corporate dinners, retirement events and sales milestones. Its beveled bottom and slanted top frame an engraved message for the recipient. Teams and boards use it as a lasting keepsake rather than a one time trophy.
How does the Starfire crystal wedge award compare to a wood plaque like the Telford?
The Starfire crystal wedge award relies on a solid crystal block with a slanted face, while the Telford Plaque uses an ebony and walnut wood panel. Crystal suits a modern boardroom look and wood suits a warmer, traditional office setting. Buyers choose based on the display style they want on a shelf or wall.
What decoration options are available and where do they appear on the wedge award?
The Starfire crystal wedge award offers Deep Etch and VividPrint decoration across its three sizes. Deep Etch marks the crystal face with a permanent engraved outline. VividPrint applies full color graphics or photos to that same slanted surface for a branded look.
Which programs and industries choose the Starfire crystal wedge award?
The Starfire crystal wedge award fits sales recognition, athletic banquets, retirement send offs and corporate anniversary programs. Its base color choice lets planners match a team or company palette. Many buyers pair it with other Starfire pieces for a consistent trophy case.
What affects the price of a Starfire crystal wedge award?
Pricing for the Starfire crystal wedge award depends on the size selected, the base color and the decoration method chosen. Order quantity and any rush turnaround needs can also change the final cost. Contacting the supplier with exact specifications gives the most accurate figure.
How long does production take and is there a minimum order?
The Starfire crystal wedge award ships five working days after artwork approval. We accept orders starting at a single unit, so one recipient can be recognized without a bulk purchase. Planning ahead for the artwork approval step keeps the event timeline on track.
