The cap is fully unstructured for an easygoing, broken-in feel, and a generous 3-inch brim wraps the crown to shade your face and neck. An adjustable top cord lets you secure the hat to your head, while an adjustable leather chin cord cinches everything down for an extra-snug fit when the wind picks up.

Fit and Coverage

Designed as one size fits most, the boonie measures a 23-inch circumference with a 3-inch crown height and a 1.25-inch brim depth. It comes in three earthy colorways — Khaki, Navy, and Olive Green — that pair naturally with outdoor and adventure branding.

Decoration

Personalize the cap with a spot-color front imprint, optional full-color 4-color process printing, or front and back embroidery supporting up to 12 thread colors. Note that side imprints are not available due to the placement of the grommets, and imprint areas are determined by the wearer's right or left.
