This RPET Boonie Hat offers sun protection and a commitment to sustainability. Constructed from polyester mesh and recycled PET (RPET) material—equivalent to two recycled 16-ounce water bottles—this hat is an environmentally conscious choice for outdoor events and everyday wear. An adjustable chin cord ensures a secure fit, while metal eyelets on the sides promote ventilation.
The hat features an unstructured top and is available in Brown and Gray. Decoration is achieved through full-color heat transfer, with an imprint area of 3”w x 1.5”h on the front. Heat transfer colors include a wide range of options, from Brown 1545 to Black, allowing for detailed logo reproduction. Embroidery is also available, with up to seven colors chosen from a comprehensive thread chart including shades of Red, Blue, and Gray. Embroidery stitch counts are available under 10,000 stitches.
