The knit is 50% rPET and 50% acrylic/polyester non-woven, spun from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles melted down into new polyester fiber, though the thread and label are not rPET. It fits most head sizes in one size and comes in black, cream, forest green, gray, navy, olive, or red. Embroidery covers up to 7 thread colors and 7,000 stitches across a 4 inch by 2 inch area, using standard Madeira thread colors. Each Whistler Waffle Knit rPET Beanie ships in bulk, blank or embroidered, in carton counts of 48 at 9 pounds, 72 at 15 pounds, or 144 at 21 pounds, made in China.
