Washed Cotton Cap sits low on the head with an unstructured crown and a pre-curved visor, a wardrobe staple that doubles as a trade-show giveaway or a team uniform cap program.
Made of 100% washed cotton twill, the cap uses a 6-panel construction and an adjustable self-material strap with a sliding buckle for fit. It comes in black, forest green, gray, kelly green, light pink, navy, royal blue, red, slate, teal or white. Embroidery covers a 4 1/2 inch by 2 1/4 inch area with up to 7 thread colors and 7,000 stitches in any standard Madeira color, plus 3D embroidery and patch options including flex, puff, and round or square woven patches. Washed Cotton Cap ships in bulk packaging from China, and orders of 96 or more include free tape.
