Wave Sandwich Cap brings structured six-panel style to team uniforms, corporate golf outings, or retail merch racks, built from brushed cotton twill with a pre-curved visor that holds its shape through repeated wear.
The crown on the Wave Sandwich Cap is 100% brushed cotton twill with a structured six-panel build and an adjustable self-material strap that closes with hook and loop. It comes in black with an orange, red, or white top button, or navy with a gold or white top button, each paired with the signature wave sandwich brim. Embroidery covers up to 7 thread colors and 7,000 stitches across a 4 1/2 inch by 2 1/4 inch front panel, using standard Madeira thread colors. Round and square or rectangle woven patches are also available as decoration options. Caps ship in bulk and are made in China.
