Varsity Washed Cotton Cap gives staff uniforms or retail merch tables a vintage, worn-in look straight out of the box. The 6 panel low-profile crown pairs with a pre-curved visor and an adjustable self-material strap for a broad size range.
Made of 100 percent cotton pigment twill, the cap comes washed in black, gray, khaki, navy, or royal blue for a vintage finish. Embroidery covers up to a 4 1/2 inch by 2 1/4 inch area with up to 7 thread colors and 7,000 stitches in standard Madeira colors, and a second position takes up to 7 thread colors and 5,000 stitches. Patch options include leatherette, dye sub emblem, flex patch, puff patch, embroidered hand cut emblem, round or square woven patch, and tackle twill.
