Imperial 5054U The Harrison Cap gives sustainability-focused brands a lightweight five-panel option for eco campaign giveaways, built from recycled performance polyester with a moisture-wicking sweatband and an unstructured, comfortable fit for warm-weather wear.
The cap's five panels sit in a high-profile shape with a pre-curved visor, and an anti-microbial sweatband wicks moisture during long outdoor shifts. A woven rope trim runs along the base of the front panel, and an adjustable snap tab closes the back. Color choices include Buckthorn or Olive with Black, Gray with Black, Khaki with Charcoal, Black, Grass, Navy, Orange, or Robins Egg with White, and White with Black or Navy. Standard transfer printing fills a 4 1/2 inch by 2 1/4 inch area on the front, with a four-color process available for detailed logos at added production time. Embroidery covers the same spot with up to seven thread colors and 5,000 stitches. Optional patches include leatherette, dye-sub emblem, flex, puff, embroidered hand-cut emblem, woven round, woven square or rectangle, and tackle twill.
