Sorona Recycled Cap blends a moisture-wicking crown with a soft feel that holds its shape through a full shift outdoors. Fit a supply into a golf-tournament gift bag for repeat sponsors.
The 5-panel, mid-profile cap pairs a structured crown and pre-curved visor made of 50% Sorona, 47% recycled polyester, and 3% nylon with a 65% polyester, 35% cotton under-visor. A 92% recycled polyester, 8% spandex sweatband and cotton seam tape line the inside, and an adjustable self-material strap with a sliding buckle sets the fit. It comes in black, gray, navy, or white, decorated with standard transfer colors on a 4 inch by 1 7/8 inch area or embroidery on a 4 1/2 inch by 2 1/4 inch area; transfer supports a 4-color process for additional production time, and embroidery includes up to 7 thread colors and 7,000 stitches in standard Madeira colors. Optional round or square/rectangle woven patches are available. Sorona Recycled Cap ships in bulk packaging and is made in China.
