The Koozie® Relaxed Sports Cap is a custom relaxed sports cap constructed from 100% cotton twill fabric. This unstructured cap features a low profile and six panels, offering a classic “dad hat” style suitable for a wide range of promotional events and giveaways. The cap’s size is adjustable with a fabric strap and antique-brass sliding buckle, accommodating most head sizes. The crown measures 3 inches high, with a 6-inch brim width and 2.875-inch brim depth; the circumference ranges from 23.5 to 25.5 inches.
Decoration is available using 4-color process printing, allowing for full-color, detailed designs. Artwork should be provided in CMYK color space at a resolution of 300 DPI at the intended print size. Spot color printing is also offered with a maximum of one color on the front, and optional one-color placement on the left or right sides, with imprint areas of 4"w x 2"h on the front and 2.5"w x 1.5"h on the sides. Embroidery is an additional option, with up to 12 thread colors available.
This promotional relaxed sports cap is available in Black, Bone, Charcoal, Khaki, Navy, Olive, Red, Royal, and Smokey Blue. Patches are available in circle, rectangle, small rectangle, and square shapes, in Black, Navy, and Red colors. Bulk packaging is provided, with 144 caps per pack weighing 33 pounds, and a dimensional weight of 51 pounds. This item is manufactured in Bangladesh and is marked with country of origin identification.
