The Branded PonyCap is a custom printed ponytail-friendly baseball cap designed with an opening in the back to accommodate ponytails and buns. Constructed from cotton twill, this unstructured cap provides a comfortable fit for a wide range of head sizes, with a circumference ranging from 23 to 25 inches. The cap features a poplin sweatband to manage moisture and a hook-and-loop closure for adjustability. Measuring 3.5 inches in crown height, with a 6.5-inch brim width and 2.875-inch brim depth, the PonyCap balances style and practicality.
Decoration is achieved through 4-color process printing, allowing for full-color, detailed logos and designs. Imprint areas are located on the front of the cap, with dimensions of 4 inches wide by 2 inches high, and optional 2.5-inch wide by 1.5-inch high areas on the front left and right sides. Due to the ponytail opening, imprinting on the back of the cap is not possible.
