Cut from 100 percent cotton ripstop, the cap has a structured medium-profile crown and an adjustable self-material strap with hook and loop closure. Since panels are cut from a camouflage pattern, each cap varies slightly where the pattern shifts. Decoration is embroidery only, on a 4 1/2 inch by 2 1/4 inch imprint area, with up to 7 thread colors and 7,000 stitches using standard Madeira thread colors, plus a 3D embroidery option.
