Branded Bills 33409 Bare Curved Canvas Rope Cap pairs 100% cotton 2x2 canvas with a 100% polyester rope trim for a retail brand-launch giveaway. The 5-panel, high-profile shell stays lightweight and water repellant.
A structured crown and pre-curved visor keep their shape, and an adjustable plastic snap tab closure fits most heads. It comes in beige, black, loden green, navy, rust, or wheat. Standard transfer colors decorate a 4 inch by 2 1/4 inch area, or embroidery covers 4 1/2 inches by 2 1/4 inches, with an optional right-side-only embroidery position at 2 1/2 inches by 1 1/4 inches. Transfer printing allows an added color or a 4-color process across the full imprint, and embroidery includes up to 7 thread colors and 7,000 stitches, with a second position adding up to 7 thread colors and 5,000 stitches, in standard Madeira thread colors.
