Description
Ridged-Frame Acrylic Award With Sapphire Reflecting Base pairs clear acrylic ridges along the top and bottom edges with a sapphire-painted reflecting base, a ridged-frame acrylic award built for corporate recognition programs. The sapphire base sends color up through the clear acrylic panel. Sizes range from 3.5 to 4.5 inches wide and up to nine inches tall, across three colors.
Clear acrylic ridges run along the top and bottom edges, framing the message like a border. The sapphire-painted base sends blue color up through the clear panel above it. That reflected color spreads across the acrylic instead of staying in one spot. Corporate recognition programs use this ridged-frame acrylic award for achievement and service honors. Laser engraving cuts a design into the back of the award for a lasting mark. VividPrint™ adds the same design in full color on that same back panel instead. The piece arrives in a black satin-lined gift box, ready to hand over at a ceremony. Buyers who want a globe shape instead of a ridged frame should look at the globe tower award. That piece favors international or global achievement themes over a flat reflective panel. Both belong to the acrylic awards category alongside other clear and colored acrylic pieces.
Picture your recipient's name glowing through the sapphire base of the Ridged-Frame Acrylic Award With Sapphire Reflecting Base at the next award ceremony, and see your logo on it before you approve the final order.

Imprint area — will your logo fit?
Laser Engraving · Back of AwardThe imprint area on this product is 2-1/2 inches wide by 5-1/2 inches tall (Back of Award), printed by laser engraving. Your artwork prints inside the dashed area below — nothing outside it prints. Products often look larger in a photo than the space you can actually print on.

Production schedule
What happens after you order, and when.
You order. Your card is authorised, not charged. Nothing is billed until you approve the proof, and you can change or cancel the order up to that point.
Free visual proof. We email a proof showing your logo on the product, usually within one business day. Revisions are unlimited and free. The production clock does not start until you say yes.
Production. Counted in business days from proof approval, not from the order. Weekends and US federal holidays are skipped. If your date is tight, tell us up front and we will work backwards from it.
Delivered. Enter a destination ZIP in the order card to get live carrier rates and a delivery date. We will not guess one.
Business days only, counted from proof approval. The clock starts when you say yes, not when you order. Weekends and US federal holidays are skipped.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the ridged-frame acrylic award used for?
The ridged-frame acrylic award suits corporate recognition, achievement and service award programs. Its ridged top and bottom edges frame the message like a built-in border. Recipients typically display it on a desk or an office shelf.
How does the ridged-frame acrylic award compare with the globe tower award?
The ridged-frame acrylic award uses a flat panel shape with a reflective sapphire base. The globe tower award instead uses a raised globe form built for international or global achievement themes. Buyers choose the flat panel for a wide engraving area and the globe for a more sculptural look.
What sizes does the ridged-frame acrylic award come in?
The ridged-frame acrylic award comes in three sizes, from 3.5 inches by 7 inches by 1 inch up to 4.5 inches by 9 inches by 1 inch. Thickness stays the same across every size. Only the width and height grow as the size increases.
Does the sapphire base change how light moves through the acrylic panel?
The ridged-frame acrylic award uses a sapphire-painted base that sends blue color up through the clear acrylic above it. That color spreads across the panel instead of staying at the bottom edge. A gold or blue acrylic color option changes the overall tone even further.
What decoration options are available on the ridged-frame acrylic award?
The ridged-frame acrylic award accepts Laser Engraving or VividPrint™ full color printing on the back of the piece. Both methods cover the same area, from 2.5 inches by 5.5 inches up to 3.5 inches by 7.25 inches. Engraving cuts into the acrylic while VividPrint™ prints a full color design on the surface.
Is there a minimum order for the ridged-frame acrylic award?
The ridged-frame acrylic award has a minimum order of one unit. We can fill a single order for one honoree or a larger batch for a full team. The minimum stays the same across all three color options.
How long does production take for the ridged-frame acrylic award?
The ridged-frame acrylic award ships from production five days after we receive approved artwork. We recommend confirming the engraving text or logo file early. Production time stays the same across all three sizes.
Which recognition programs typically order the ridged-frame acrylic award?
The ridged-frame acrylic award appeals to corporate recognition programs, sales teams and service anniversary events. Associations and nonprofit groups also order it for volunteer or member honors. Its flat panel shape gives room for a longer engraved message.
What affects the price of the ridged-frame acrylic award?
The ridged-frame acrylic award is priced according to the size selected, the color chosen and the decoration method used. Order quantity also plays a role in the final price. We can quote multiple sizes together for a mixed-award order.
How should a ridged-frame acrylic award be cleaned and displayed?
The ridged-frame acrylic award should be wiped with a soft, dry cloth to avoid scratching the acrylic surface. Avoid ammonia-based glass cleaners, which can cloud acrylic over time. Display it away from direct sunlight and heat to keep the color from fading.
