Trent Tencel™ Cap blends cotton with wood-fiber Tencel fabric for a soft, breathable fit, a comfortable staff uniform piece or outdoor-brand giveaway for sensitive-skin wearers and eco-conscious customers at outdoor events.
Made of 55% cotton and 45% Tencel, a fabric spun from sustainably sourced wood fibers, this cap stays soft, durable, and breathable, and is hypoallergenic for sensitive skin. It has a 5-panel, mid-profile build with a structured crown, a pre-curved visor, and a recycled plastic snap tab closure. It comes in black, brown, gray, or olive. Standard transfer decoration covers a 4 inch by 2 inch area, or embroidery covers 4 1/2 inches by 2 inches with up to 7 thread colors and 7,000 stitches in any standard Madeira color; a 4-color transfer process option adds extra production time. Optional patches include leatherette, dye sub emblem, flex patch, puff patch, embroidered hand cut emblem, round or square woven patch, and tackle twill. Trent Tencel™ Cap ships in bulk and is made in China.
