You order. Your card is authorised, not charged. Nothing is billed until you approve the proof, and you can change or cancel the order up to that point.
Free visual proof. We email a proof showing your logo on the product, usually within one business day. Revisions are unlimited and free. The production clock does not start until you say yes.
Production. Counted in business days from proof approval, not from the order. Weekends and US federal holidays are skipped. If your date is tight, tell us up front and we will work backwards from it.
Delivered. Enter a destination ZIP in the order card to get live carrier rates and a delivery date. We will not guess one.
Business days only, counted from proof approval. The clock starts when you say yes, not when you order. Weekends and US federal holidays are skipped.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are custom medallions made from, and how are the colors added?
Custom medallions in this style are die cast from zinc alloy, and the colors are soft enamel. The result is a lightweight metal piece.
What size are these custom medallions, and how big can the artwork be?
Each of these custom medallions measures 2.5 inches wide by 2.5 inches tall. The die cast design can use that same full area.
What is the minimum order for personalized medallions, and where do the quantity breaks fall?
Personalized medallions start at a minimum order of 100 pieces. Quantity breaks follow at 300, 500 and 1000.
Can custom medallions work as race finisher medals or fundraising awards?
Yes, custom medallions like this one can serve as race finisher medals for a run, a marathon or a walk. A fundraiser could also present one to donors at an award ceremony.
Can custom made medallions come in a shape other than a circle?
Yes, custom made medallions are shaped to your design, so a square works as well as a round. Each order sets its own outline.
How are bulk custom medallions packed?
Bulk custom medallions come bulk packed, with no individual box or bag. Each one has a small loop at the top for a ribbon, so ask us about ribbon when you order.
