1 Color, 1 Location ImprintThe imprint area on this product is 1-1/2 inches across, printed by 1 color, 1 location imprint. Your artwork prints inside the dashed area below — nothing outside it prints. Products often look larger in a photo than the space you can actually print on.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are zinc challenge coins typically used for?
Zinc challenge coins are given out at military units, clubs, fundraisers and company recognition events. They work as a token of thanks that people keep on a desk or shelf. The design is struck into both sides of the metal.
What is the minimum order for custom zinc challenge coins?
The minimum order for these zinc challenge coins is 100 pieces. Quantity breaks follow at 250, 500 and 1000. Ordering at a higher break lowers the cost of each coin.
What size are these 1.5 inch challenge coins?
Each zinc challenge coin measures 1.5" in diameter and 0.118" thick. That size slips into a pocket and still has room for a detailed emblem. The coins ship in bulk packaging.
How is the design applied to a die cast challenge coin?
A die cast challenge coin forms your design into the metal on both faces rather than printing it on top. There is no color fill on this version, which gives a single tone finish. A free digital proof comes before production starts.
What affects the price of custom challenge coins?
The price of custom challenge coins depends on the quantity tier, the coin size and the number of imprint colors. Setup is included with the one color, one location imprint on this coin. Tell us your quantity and we will quote the total.
How do zinc challenge coins compare with coins that have color fill?
The zinc challenge coins have no color fill, so the design shows through raised and recessed metal detail. A coin with color fill adds painted areas, which usually changes the cost. The no color style suits a traditional, classic look.
Can I order zinc challenge coins for a military or veterans event?
Yes, these zinc challenge coins are listed under military and armed forces gifts. They suit unit anniversaries, retirement ceremonies and veteran group events. Send us your emblem and quantity and we will prepare a proof.
