Student awards are the medals, certificate holders, trophies and small prizes a school hands out for attendance, grades and effort, and each one here can carry your school name or logo. Principals, PTOs and district offices order them for the end of year awards assembly, student of the month and the honor roll. The range runs from engraved medals and star awards to pencils, school kits and wristbands.
Perfect attendance awards and honor roll awards
A medal is the traditional pick for perfect attendance awards. The academic achievement medal is 2 inches across with a stock book and lamp front, and its whole back is open for an engraved name, date or logo. The valedictorian and salutatorian medals have the same engraved back and hang from a 7/8 inch or 1 1/2 inch ribbon. See more custom coins and medallions.
A printed certificate of achievement looks better in a cover. Our custom certificate holders include a leatherette holder with an 8.5 by 11 inch window and a bristol board holder that keeps the sheet flat with four satin corner mounts.
For a bigger student recognition award, the clear acrylic star comes in 6, 8 and 10 inch heights and is laser engraved. The beveled star stands on an easel pin in clear, gold or silver, and the walnut finish achievement plaque has an engraved brass plate. Attendance incentives for students
Student incentives work best when most kids have a real shot at earning one. Perfect attendance pencils make an easy monthly prize. The color-changing pencil shifts color in the hand, and our custom wooden pencils come in many colors. The honor roll school kit packs two pencils, a 6 inch ruler, an eraser and a sharpener in a pouch with room for your logo, and there are more kits under custom pencil pouches. For classroom rewards or a PBIS school store, schools add debossed silicone wristbands in adult and child sizes, buttons, star key tags and bookmarks.
Student awards ideas by grade
Elementary school kids love pencils, wristbands and star key tags; in high school, an engraved medal or a certificate holder feels more formal. A simple plan is a small monthly prize plus one larger end of year student award for academic achievement, leadership, character or most improved.
