Standard samples are random-logo or blank stock pieces β they show the product, not your artwork. How many different samples can I request?

Do I need to return samples?

Can I get a sample of apparel in my size to check fit?

Can I get fabric or material swatches instead of full samples?

What's the difference between a sample and a pre-production proof?
A sample shows the product generally; a pre-production proof is one unit of your actual order β your art, your specs β produced for approval before the full run. Should I always order a pre-production sample?
Order a pre-production sample for first-time large orders, strict brand-color requirements, or unusual products β when time allows, since it adds roughly 5β10 days. For routine items with a clear free digital proof, most customers skip it confidently. Talk to your rep about whether your order warrants one, or request a product sample to start.
Can I see a sample of the gift box or packaging too?

Do samples count toward my order minimum?
No β samples are separate from production quantities and don't count toward your order minimum. Your decorated order still has to meet the product's minimum order quantity on its own. Can I request a sample of a sale or closeout item?
