How do I reorder a previous purchase?
From your account order history, click reorder β artwork, decoration specs, and pricing carry over automatically. Setup fees are waived on exact reorders. Prefer email? Send "reorder my last pen order, same everything, 500 units" and we handle it. Reach your rep anytime.
Are reorders guaranteed to match my original order exactly?
Decoration matches exactly β we keep your digitized files, separations, and PMS specs on file. Product blanks may show minor manufacturer batch variation (dye lots), which is industry-normal. How long do you keep my artwork and order history on file?

Do you send order confirmations and shipping notifications?
