What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, ACH/check for established accounts, and company purchase orders for approved organizations. When is my credit card charged?
Your card is authorized at order placement and charged as your order moves into production after proof approval. If anything changes before then, you will approve the revised total first. Questions about a charge? Reach our billing team and we will walk you through it.
Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes. Select PayPal at checkout and complete payment through your PayPal account. Order processing, proofs, and guarantees are identical to card orders. If you run into any issue at checkout, contact us and we will help finish the order.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes β from approved businesses, schools, universities, and government agencies. Submit your PO at order time; new accounts complete a quick credit setup, and approved terms are typically net 30. To start a PO account, contact our team. See also accounts & reorders.
Do you offer net-30 payment terms?
Yes, for credit-approved business accounts and most government and education buyers. First-time term requests may take a couple of extra days for verification, so start the application before a tight deadline. Apply for terms with our team to get set up.
Can I split payment across two cards or methods?
In most cases yes. Call your rep and we will process a split manually β for example, partial card and partial PO. Online checkout supports one method; phone orders handle the rest. Contact us to arrange a split payment before you order.
Can different people handle payment and order approval?
Yes. Give us a billing contact and an art-approval contact, and we will route each communication correctly β common for organizations where marketing orders and accounting pays. Share your contacts with our team so every message reaches the right person.
Will I receive an invoice or receipt?
Yes. An itemized receipt accompanies your order confirmation, and a final invoice issues at shipment showing product, decoration, setup, freight, and tax. Need a W-9 or vendor packet? Just ask. Contact us and we will send any documentation you need.
Can you register as a vendor in our procurement system?

Do you charge sales tax?
We collect sales tax where required by the ship-to jurisdiction, calculated at checkout. Exempt organizations can submit a resale or exemption certificate and we will remove tax before payment is processed. Contact us to apply your exemption ahead of ordering.
How do I submit my tax-exempt certificate?
Email your valid exemption or resale certificate to info@promotionalproductinc.com referencing your order, or flag tax-exempt status at checkout and follow the instructions. We will keep it on file for future orders. Need help? Contact our team.
I was charged tax but I'm exempt β can it be refunded?
Yes. Send your valid certificate covering the order date and ship-to state, and we will process the tax refund to your original payment method. Contact us with your order number and certificate to start the refund.
Are promotional products tax-deductible for my business?

Is company swag taxable income for my employees?

Do you store my credit card information?
Card data is processed through PCI-compliant payment systems; we do not keep raw card numbers on our servers. Saved payment profiles, where offered, are tokenized through the processor. Questions about payment security? Contact our team.
Is your checkout secure?

Will my reorder bill to the same payment method as last time?

What happens if my check is returned?
A returned check incurs the standard bank fee and pauses the order until payment clears by another method. For deadline orders, paying by card or ACH avoids that risk entirely. Contact us right away if a check is returned so we can keep your order on track.
Can I get a proforma invoice before paying?
Yes. We will issue a proforma showing the complete order for your internal approval or international payment processes before any charge occurs. Request a proforma invoice with your order details and we will prepare it.
Do you accept international credit cards?
Generally yes, processed in USD; your bank handles currency conversion and any foreign-transaction fee. International orders may require additional verification. Contact our team if your international card needs extra steps and we will guide you through them.
Can I pay a deposit now and the balance later?
Standard orders bill in full at production, but large programs and contract work can be structured with deposit and balance terms by arrangement. Discuss the structure with your rep before ordering. Contact us to set up deposit terms for your program.
My company requires three quotes for procurement β can you help?
Yes. We provide a formal, itemized quote on letterhead suitable for procurement files, including specs, lead times, and validity period. Many buyers find our all-in quote makes the comparison straightforward. Request a procurement quote and we will format it for your files.
Do you offer financing for large orders?
For substantial programs, net terms function as short-term financing for approved accounts, and phased-release programs spread spend across months. Ask your rep to structure the program around your cash flow. Contact us to discuss financing options for a large order.
What currency are your prices in?
All pricing is in U.S. dollars (USD). International buyers pay in USD, and conversion happens at your card issuerβs rate. For pricing on any item, browse all products or contact us for a quote in USD.
Can I get a receipt reissued for an old order?

Can I use a prepaid or gift credit card?
Usually yes, provided it supports online billing-address verification and covers the full total. Authorization holds can tie up prepaid balances, so a standard card is smoother for larger orders. Contact us if a prepaid card is declined and we will help complete the order.
