Frequently Asked Questions
What makes a personalized holiday ornament in seed paper different from a regular one?
A personalized holiday ornament in seed paper can go in the ground once the season ends, since the paper is embedded with wildflower seeds. Each tree comes with ribbon or hemp string for hanging.
How big is a personalized holiday ornament shaped like a Christmas tree, and what prints?
The tree-shaped personalized holiday ornament is 2 1/2" W x 3" H, and full color printing fills the same 2 1/2" W x 3" H. One full color location is in the standard price, and a second side costs extra per piece.
Can planting instructions be added to a seed paper personalized holiday ornament?
Planting instructions do not come on the seed paper personalized holiday ornament unless you add them. Printing them on the back adds a second side setup and a per-piece charge, and they need to be specified on the order.
What is the minimum order for a tree-shaped personalized holiday ornament, and when does it ship?
A tree-shaped personalized holiday ornament order starts at 250 pieces, with breaks at 500, 1000, 2500 and 5000. Production is 10-12 business days after proof approval, and shipping is domestic only.
Can a promotional Christmas ornament in white seed paper go out as an employee gift?
Yes, the white seed paper promotional Christmas ornament can work as a staff or client holiday gift that gets planted after the season. Ornaments ship in bulk, 250 to a 2 lb carton.
