Branded Bills 555 Bare Flat Rope Cap trades the curved brim for a flat visor, fitting a skate-shop brand-launch rack. The 5-panel, high-profile shell runs 97% polyester and 3% spandex, lightweight, water-resistant, and moisture wicking, rated UPF 50+ outside the perforated panels.
A structured crown holds its shape over a stretch-fit sweatband, with laser-perforated back panels for breathability and an adjustable plastic snap tab closure. It comes in black, desert with orion, orion, white with red/white/blue, white with black, or white with orion. Standard transfer colors decorate a 4 inch by 2 1/4 inch area, or embroidery covers 4 1/2 inches by 2 1/4 inches, with an optional right-side-only position at 2 1/2 inches by 1 1/4 inches. Transfer allows an added color or a 4-color process across the full imprint, and embroidery includes up to 7 thread colors and 7,000 stitches, with a second position adding up to 7 thread colors and 5,000 stitches.
