Branded Bills 545-03R Bare Curved Elite XGen™ pairs a technical fabric blend with a golf-outing gift lineup. The 5-panel, high-profile cap runs 94% polyester and 6% spandex with a 100% polyester trim, lightweight, water-resistant, and moisture wicking.
A structured crown and pre-curved visor sit over a stretch-fit sweatband, rated UPF 45+ outside the laser-perforated back panels, and closed with an adjustable plastic snap tab. It comes in black, orion, or white. Standard transfer colors decorate a 4 1/2 inch by 2 1/4 inch area, with an added color or a 4-color process available across the full imprint. Embroidery includes up to 7 thread colors and 5,000 stitches in standard Madeira thread colors. Branded Bills 545-03R Bare Curved Elite XGen™ ships in bulk packaging from China.
