Description
The US Flag Stress Reliever Key Chain is a US flag-shaped polyurethane squeeze toy built onto a keychain, measuring 1-3/4 inches by 1-1/2 inches by 5/8 inch, with custom pad printing or digital imprinting available. A 1-color, 1-location pad imprint comes as the standard decoration.
Pad printing on the US Flag Stress Reliever Key Chain decorates the back imprint location, which accepts up to 2 colors within a 1.25-inch by 0.75-inch area. Digital printing uses the same 1.25-inch by 0.75-inch back location for a full-color print. The item ships bulk or in a poly bag for digital-printed orders, and the master carton holds 1000 units, weighs 34 pounds, and measures 24 inches by 13 inches by 10 inches. The item complies with CPSIA, ASTM, Prop 65, and CCPSA requirements.

Imprint area — will your logo fit?
Pad PrintingThe imprint area on this product is 1-1/4 inches wide by 3/4 inch tall, printed by pad printing. Your artwork prints inside the dashed area below — nothing outside it prints. Products often look larger in a photo than the space you can actually print on.

You order. Your card is authorised, not charged. Nothing is billed until you approve the proof, and you can change or cancel the order up to that point.
Free visual proof. We email a proof showing your logo on the product, usually within one business day. Revisions are unlimited and free. The production clock does not start until you say yes.
Production. Counted in business days from proof approval, not from the order. Weekends and US federal holidays are skipped. If your date is tight, tell us up front and we will work backwards from it.
Delivered. Enter a destination ZIP in the order card to get live carrier rates and a delivery date. We will not guess one.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does a printed us flag keychain cost per piece?
The us flag keychain runs down to $1.60 per piece at the highest quantity break, starting from a 150-piece minimum order. The listed price covers a one-colour imprint on one side in one location. Pricing steps down as the quantity rises, so a larger run lowers the unit cost.
What is the smallest run of us flag keychains I can buy?
The minimum order on the us flag keychain is 150 pieces. That is sized for one event or campaign rather than a year of inventory, which puts it within reach of government agencies and national holiday promotions running a single promotion.
When will my us flag keychains arrive?
Production on the us flag keychain runs 5 to 7 working days after proof approval, plus transit. Allow about two weeks from sending artwork to having stock in hand, and order earlier than that if you are working to a fixed date, because the clock starts when you approve the proof rather than when you place the order.
Does the us flag keychain price include printing?
The us flag keychain includes a one-colour imprint on one side in one location at the listed price of $1.60 per piece at the top break. Extra colours are available on many items in this range at additional cost, so request a quote if your logo cannot be reduced to a single colour.
How does the us flag keychain feel in the hand?
The us flag keychain has a moulded polyurethane body that compresses under a squeeze and returns to shape. That construction is what makes it a repeated-use stress reliever rather than a rigid keyring charm.
What events work for us flag keychains?
A us flag shape suits government agencies and national holiday promotions, because it signals the theme without extra copy on the item. Beyond the shape, the practical argument for the us flag keychain specifically is that the keyring keeps a logo in daily use instead of leaving it in a tote bag after the event.
What artwork do I need to supply for a us flag keychain?
Send vector artwork such as EPS, AI or PDF so the logo stays sharp when it is reduced to the imprint size on the us flag keychain. Choose a colour with real contrast against the body, because a mid-tone print on a mid-tone surface stops reading at arm's length.
