Description
The Patriotic Stress Ball Key Chain is a round, 1-1/2 inch diameter keyring accessory designed for trade show giveaways, corporate promotions, and everyday branded merchandise. The key chain includes a one-color imprint area on the back for a company name or logo design.
The Patriotic Stress Ball Key Chain ships as a non-stock item produced through custom manufacturing, so order minimums and extended production timelines apply before a run begins. Pad printing is the available decoration method, applied to a 0.75 inch diameter, one-color imprint area on the back of the key chain. The one-color, one-location pad imprint comes standard. Bulk packaging ships 1,000 units per case, and each case weighs 34 lbs and measures 24 inches by 14 inches by 15 inches. The key chain meets CPSIA compliance, ASTM testing standards, Prop 65 requirements, and CCPSA compliance for the Canadian market.
Customize this design to add a one-color logo to the 0.75 inch imprint area on the back.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does a printed patriotic keychain cost per piece?
The patriotic keychain runs down to $1.59 per piece at the highest quantity break, starting from a 1000-piece minimum order. Decoration terms are confirmed at quote stage for this item. Pricing steps down as the quantity rises, so a larger run lowers the unit cost.
What is the smallest run of patriotic keychains I can buy?
The minimum order on the patriotic keychain is 1000 pieces. It measures 2 inch diameter. That is sized for one event or campaign rather than a year of inventory, which puts it within reach of government agencies and national holiday promotions running a single promotion.
Does the patriotic keychain price include printing?
Imprint terms for the patriotic keychain are confirmed at quote stage rather than published on the listing. Send your artwork with the 1000-piece minimum in mind and ask for the decoration method, colour count and imprint area in writing before ordering.
How does the patriotic keychain feel in the hand?
The patriotic keychain has a soft moulded foam body that compresses when squeezed and springs back. It measures 2 inch diameter. That rebound is what gives it the stress relief function, rather than being a solid keyring charm.
What events work for patriotic keychains?
A patriotic shape suits government agencies and national holiday promotions, because it signals the theme without extra copy on the item. Beyond the shape, the practical argument for the patriotic keychain specifically is that the keyring keeps a logo in daily use instead of leaving it in a tote bag after the event.
What artwork do I need to supply for a patriotic keychain?
Send vector artwork such as EPS, AI or PDF so the logo stays sharp when it is reduced to the imprint size on the patriotic keychain. Choose a colour with real contrast against the body, because a mid-tone print on a mid-tone surface stops reading at arm's length.
