Description
The starfire crystal peak award is a tall clear panel with its top corner cut on a steep mitre, seated in a thick base that tapers inward at both ends. Programme managers choose it when the presentation needs height on a stage table and two places to put wording.
Three sizes are made, 9.5, 11 and 12.5 inches tall, each 2 inches deep, and the mitred peak is faceted at three quarters of an inch thick. The panel carries deep etching on the back, up to 5 by 9 inches on the largest, and the front of the base takes a second line of engraving in a strip about three quarters of an inch high. Full colour printing covers the same back panel where a logo needs its exact brand tones. Several colour options run through the base, including amber, green, black, blue, red, sky blue, white and a prismatic finish. One piece is enough to order. Safety milestones, sales conferences, chapter awards, hospital service nights and retirement dinners are the common uses.
A committee that wants the same programme to reach two levels often puts it next to the custom sphere globe, a solid ball for the single top honour while the panels go to the wider group.
