What is a custom emery board made of?

A custom emery board in this style uses emery paper over a wood veneer core. It is 1/2 inch wide and 4 5/8 inches long, so it travels in a purse or pocket.

How much of a custom emery board can carry my logo?

A custom emery board carries a digital full color print on the front in an area 4 inches wide by 0.38 inch tall. The back stays an unprinted filing surface, so your artwork has to fit that single narrow strip.

What is the minimum order for a personalized emery board?

The minimum order for a custom emery board is 500 pieces. Quantity breaks continue at 1000, 2000, 2500 and 5000 pieces.

Which color does this emery board come in?

The custom emery board comes in one color, white with brown. The white front gives a clean background for a full color logo, so colored artwork stays readable.

How do I get a proof for a custom emery board order?

A proof for a custom emery board order starts when you send your artwork and quantity. We prepare a free digital proof of the front strip for your approval, and production begins only after you sign off.

Description

This emery board nail file is lightweight and compact, with a full-color printed logo on the front and a brown emery grit surface on the back for filing and shaping. It is sized for a purse or travel kit, so it suits conference attendees, volunteers and customers who want quick touch ups.

A nail file for purse use needs to stay out of the way, and at 4 5/8 in long this one drops into a bag or travel kit without a fuss. Conference swag bags fill up quickly, so a custom nail file for conference swag bags earns its place by being light, useful and branded on the front. Fundraising events work the same way, because a personalized nail file for fundraising events is an easy thank you for donors and volunteers. Your full-color printed artwork covers a 4 in wide strip on the front, while the back stays a working file surface. Handler tip: only the front is decorated, so keep your art to a simple logo or one short line on that narrow strip.

Pair this lightweight nail file with the Diva Emery Board Nail File when you want two styles in one order, such as one for the booth and one for client gifts. Used as a pocket nail file or a travel nail file, either one fits a welcome kit. Browse more styles in Nail Files & Clippers to compare sizes and decoration options, then plan the in-hands date around your event.

Get a free digital proof showing your logo on the front strip, plus a free no-obligation quote with setup and shipping. Production runs 3 business days after proof approval, so tell your rep the date you need delivery.
